I can't tell you how appreciative we are (especially ME) for the undivided attention you gave to us over many months. You are so busy, yet tried to balance ALL your clients! Such dedication (crawling in basement windows) show me several houses left me believing in real estate agents again. If anything tops the list in impressiveness, it is your honesty, frankness and sincerity that reassured me you were looking out for (the buyer) my best interest. You presented each house appropriately with a true evaluation of it's qualities or drawbacks. I really appreciated you sending me updates online and helping me "screen" the listings. You dealt with my inquiries quickly & took the time to return calls, etc. The way you dealt with my "kooky" relative was also appropriate!
Steve, if there is an opportunity to use your services in the future, I will certainly get in touch with you. My family from B.C. will be needing their own home (sooner than later would be nice)! I'm sure you would like them and I will insist my son calls YOU. Thank you again for your excellent service, Steve. You should get some kind of award, I think! (Feel free to brag to your colleagues!)

We've been so busy though I tell ya. You know how it goes. We are so happy with our purchase. Coldwell Banker might want to make a statue out of you after they see how ULTRA our service actually was. Honestly, I couldn't imagine this deal going down with another sales rep. I would have definitely gone crazy; I mean more crazy then i actualy went. Thank God for you Steve, you were like a rock and always gave it to us straight up-NO BULL-That was awesome. I don't think this deal would of happened without you and your service. Your service was unbelievable. It's hard to say it without sounding fake or exagerrated. I could call at 1 am and I knew you would pick up the phone. In fact, I'm sure that happened at one point through this deal, or I called that we chose you to help us buy our first home. Your amazing serice has guaranteed that you will be part of our home purchasing and selling endeavors in the future.
